go round charity shops for dresses,buy tights like stripey, fishnet from cheapo shops, barry m make up from superdrug,dont spend alot of money on clothes or it defeats the point.

go for it and I whatever you want to do, but if you get it wrong it looks so unbelieveably odd. There is a fine line between shabby punk chic and laughable outrageousness - the stars never get it wrong because they have style gurus to help them.
