I did. I had very irregular periods. Sometimes getting them every 28 days, sometimes skipping 2-3 months. My husband and I tried for 2 1/2 years before getting pregnant (unexpectedly) in July 06. I unfortunately miscarried, but conceived again right away. I am now 31 weeks pregnant.
We never charted or temped or took any medicine. I personally believe the reason I did not conceive before was because of constant high stress at work. As soon as I quit (within 2 months) I conceived twice.

I have irregular and no haven't been able to conceive yet. I'm trying alternative medicine first, but the next step would be fertility drugs. Of course, you should get a fertility check-up to see why your period are irregular OR you could try charting your BBT and checking your cervical mucus to see if you are ovulating. If your periods are irrgeular it means you are ovulating less frequently or not at all. Hoe irregular are your periods? I also know some women with irregular periods that just conceived naturally. It really depends on what's wrong.

I did, I actually conceived the first time I tried. I was lucky though because I can feel myself ovulate, so I knew when to try. But I pretty much was trying every other day because that was what my doctor recommended.

I had asked my doctor about what we should do to try to get pregnant and she said that starting some of the routines such as checking temperatures and doing ovulations tests will drive you mad if you start that way right off the bat. Give it some time. If you have already given it some time, buy some ovulation tests so that you can see when you ovulate. I'll tell you though, my hubby was never happier than when we were trying to concieve.
