To become a resident of Florida do I have to live there for a certain time? I am moving there next May and am starting work for my Masters in Education there, my boyfriend will be coming to and will be working full time. I've looked around on the web and haven't found a SIMPLE answer to this???

Any help would be great!

HOWEVER ... and this is what I think you are asking, in order to be considered a resident to qualify for in-state tuition fees, you must have lived in the state as a non-student for 365 days prior to the first day of classes.
