no body ever done it so i thing its impossible,BUT if you into mind power stuff i suggest you to watch dvd'The Seret , its about law of attraction , basiccally what ever you focus on and believe... you got it.From watching that dvd i start to believe nothing is impossible and with the the power of our mind we create the future and there is no such thing like hopelessness.

Actually, I believe yes, it is possible. Thought is just a form of energy; therefore, it should be possible for some humans, via genetic wiring, talent, or practice, to be able to "pick up" that energy, like a receiver picking up signals.
HOWEVER, telepathy seems to me to be an extremely high level psychic skill that most human beings currently are not able to achieve.
Most of us don't even listen to our own basic 6th sense or "gut instinct" or "hunch muscle", which seems to me to be a fairly low level psychic skill.
If you were interested in developing your own psychic skill, I suggest starting with an easier one. I'm not a practioner myself, so I couldn't tell you which ones are the most basic ones. Perhaps you could search online.
One final thing I'd like to point out: be careful of your motives. Why do you want to learn Telepathy in particular? If you want to learn a psychic skill, I believe that it will be much for difficult if you have selfish motives like greed, power, or trickery.
That, of course, is only my 6th sense speaking. I have no way of knowing or proving that for sure, so I could very well be wrong.
