Nicole either suffered from anorexia nervosa, and condition where your mental state of your body image is incorrect and you starve yourself when you think your overweight even though your at a normal weight, or bulimia, a condition in which the person makes them selves vomit after binge eating. i believe that she suffered from anorexia, because usually people with bulimia of that long of time that she looked so thin would most likely be dead, because bulimia, where you throw up almost constantly, can make your heart irregular and your organs fail. hopefully, she'll gain more weight and continue to get serious help.

Probably a lot of heavy drugs, since these people have no regard for their own welfare. What a bunch of idiots.

I can't be certain, but I think it may have had something to do with her throwing up every meal she had for the last two years.
