Not only the Pakistani, but all those in the Indian sub-continent
belong to one ethnic group. I will tell you the reason.

The pineal gland of people in the sub-continent is larger
than any one else in the world. (Donald Watson, A Dictionary
of Mind & Spirit, Rupa & co., New Delhi, 1991, page 244).
The pineal gland is the third eye.
It is the seat of higher knowledge according to the
esoteric teachings in medieval Europe. Sanskrit texts
on Yoga and Tantra also say the same thing.
It is called Jnaana Nethram (eye of wisdom).
In two decades from now, the collective wisdom of
Pakistani will rise and they will become freiendly with India
according to Indian astrologers.

No, they are simply Pakistani. They'll probably be classified as Middle Eastern or South Asian as a group, but they aren't Indian.
