Never I felt this cold before
Wishing you would walk through that door
All the things that cannot be
Keep on coming back to me

Without you the clouds seem to cry
Without you there is only rain in these eyes
Without you the world pretends
I still am with my best friend

Never I've been this cold before
Wishing you were here for evermore
Brushing back the hair from your smile
Only want to kiss you for a while
Just a little while

Without you the sun goes down
Into the ocean like a fire drowns
Without you there is only time
Before once again you will be mine

If only it could be these dreams come true
And once again I could wake up with you
Feel the beating of your heart in your breast
When its time for me to confess
My love for you
It's all for you

Without you the hurt is all
Every time I think of you I fall
Emotion has become only pain
Love will never be the same

© Douglas Gross - I am working on it. Maybe that will get you started, but you got to send me a copy of the song if you use my lyrics. It is about a girl I loved who died from an overdose, because she did not know what she was doing. It is copywritten, so you smuts can't steal it.

I can write good lyrics. But.... , if I write your lyrics for you, your teacher will obviously know someone else wrote them.

here is your help: It sounds like you just have mental block. Think to yourself that you can do it. Really believe you can. Just put a little effort into it. What is the worst thing that will happen? If you try your best I'm sure you will get a decent grade. The point is to just try and you will grow from it and probably have fun too.

Pretend its about a girl or guy that you loved. Talk about things you did together and how those memories will keep them alive in your mind. You don't always have to rhyme either.

The point is... it doesn't have to be perfect. just start writing. You can be totally done in an hour if you want! Anyone can do this!

This is a poem I wrote and won an award for. I don't know if it will work but it would be pretty neat if someone could turn it into lyrics.

Torn

I saw the stars set across the sky
the moon still shining bright

The ring I heard came from my heart
It sang a lullabye

I thought it wouldn't attach to me
but then I thought it might

It did, it did attach to me
like dark attached to night

And every time the ring would sing
I thought of it once more

And then a pain shot throgh my heart

It hurt, my heart had torn.

I'm good with lyrics. Post your music someplace and give us a link. Can it be religious? Would you prefer non-religious? Give more info, please.

Thanks.
