the one and only book i know of that has a brief part of dooku as qui-gonns master is called legacy of the jedi, whic is a hard back book, but the re released it as a paperback with another book caleed secrets of the jedi. legacy of the jedi is broken up into four parts
yoda-dooku
dooku-qui-gonn
qui-gonn-obi-wan
obi-wan-anakin
you could get this book ata almost any book store, or you can get it off amazon.com or e-bay

I don't believe that there are any books when Dooku was Gin's master. There are many books before the prequels...
