I also have been dealing with this condition for awhile now. The medical term for it is called hyperhidrosis.
I've found that Certain Dri (available at Rite Aid for $5.99) works wonders for me! Certain Dri is an anti-perspirant only that you have to apply before you go to bed. Though you may think its a little pricey for just a small bottle, trust me it is worth it :) I only have to apply it 1-2 times per week, so the bottle I have right now has lasted me since May 2006. I highly recommend you give it a try!
PS- As for anti-perspirant with deodorant, I love Secret Platinum clear gel. I apply just a tiny amount before getting dressed in the morning. This also helps, plus it smells great, even at the end of the day.
Good luck!

Most of the young people i've talked to about this (and myself) have used Certain Dri (it is at any department drug store). It works well, it is an intense antiperspirant (not deoderant.. you just use your regular deoderant/antiperspirant in the morning). You use certain dri at night. It is this liquidy thing, it works so well. If that doesn't work there is stuff the doctor can give you or do.

a lot of it has to do with your age, but certain dri deodorant works well and also exercise daily, even if its just riding your bike around enough to get a sweat going, will help to cut-down on your sweating... and try not to think about it, as hard as that can be, because being aware of your sweating can cause anxiety which will cause even more perspiration.. and realize people probably arent even aware of your problem
good luck

Try special deoderant. Sport bdeoderants might be better. Do you shave your armpits? cause if you dont you should that will get alot of the smell and sweat away

me and my friend Trey had the same problem, there are certain kinds of prescription deoderant you can get. Walgreens has an over the counter one that works pretty well.
