I'd stand in line for a day and a half to shake that mans hand.

No. I wouldn't stand in line 1 1/2 hours to shake hands with Billy Dee Williams.

It depends on the event. Sometimes one has little choice. If I did fell compelled I believe it is always an honor to meet the President of the United States (title). The fact that an idiot holds the office is irrelevent. However, that having been said, if I could get out of it I would do so in a New York second. Although I believe I could hold my toungue I don't want to have to admit to having greeted a man I consider the worst President we have ever had and may ever have.

Is this at a pig roast? If so, I don't think I could keep his attention long enough to shake his hand.

I wouldn't stand in line for 10 seconds to shake his hand. I don't like the man and his way of running this country, and I think he is nothing but a liar and a crook with only self indulgent motivations. I didn't vote for him, and I would vote for my hamster before ever voting for him for dog catcher.

But that is just my opinion (which I have a right to under the Constitution).

Bush doesn't deserve the honor of shaking the average American's hand who is disappointed in his ignoring of our constitution and his incompetence in Iraq and Afghanistan.

No, but I'd stand in line for a week for a chance to spit in his face.

Maybe he should consider this as a way of earning a living after his presidency (since he's failed in all of his previous roles).

Spit is probably too gross, but maybe he could be one of those geeks you hit with a pie or at the very least spend a few weeks in one of those dunking booths. He's loaded, but he could probably raise enough to cure cancer and end world hunger.

I hope he'll consider this....

No, I wouldn't shake his hand if he came here and begged me to forgive him. To many people have died as a result of his evil agenda.
