I believe its a faulty world-view, fostered in the closet, by secular progressives, who wish to muddy the waters on the difference between right and wrong.

In politics, it is Machiavellian. Need I say more?

History would dictate the ends DO justify the means in all respects.

Depends on the character of a person. The less character one has, the more prone one is to do anything to have their way. Some will even use forged documents to start a war.
