PS-I'm a brunette male, what should I do to my hair once I lose some weight, go blonde or go bald?

Find some cardio you like to do. Maybe join some kind of recreation league team like soccer, basketball. Find someone who will encourage you to exercise like a buddy who will play a sport with you often, or take a class like karate or something like that. You can also bike ride or run which are cheap and easy cardio. Maybe decide to only watch your favorite shows when you're exercising. This is perfect for an exercise bike and your favorite hour long show.

Uh, and eat healthy food, don't eat fast food, eat lots of fruits and v veggies and whole grains.

As for the hair, I'd stick with brunette, dark guys look nice, but maybe go bald, some guys look cool that way! whatever you want.. as long as you don't just slick it all down with gel, thats gross.

Only proven way to lose weight safely and effectively....you know it. Increase calorie expenditure (exercise...aerobic) and decrease caloric in take.

Also reduce or eliminate your intake of sodas and alcohol. They contain only empty calories. As for your head....that's your call. You have to live with it.
