You will feel the temperature drop fast and very cold
You will feel a chill up your left hand side if Female
And a chill up you right hand side for Male
The hair on your arms will stand up and you may even get a chill on the back of your neck.
Now you know when you fell like someone has walk through you that is another way of knowing when you walk through the spirit or it may walk through you.
Lights in the house make flick on and off or just blow completely
You may hear tapping noises or even footsteps
Many many ways to know but if you have the thought then you have the Spirit or Spirits they will not hurt you
If they are Earth bound Spirits just tell them they are dead they just don't know or won't except it and tell them to go to the light.
Other wise they think they are a live and you are dead have you watched the movie "Others" that explains it well

You can do a variety of things to really tell if there is an entity there or not. You can also have individuals trained in that field to visit your home and investigate it.

You sometimes hear someone walking but dont see anyone, again you may see a shadow or just a feeling that someone is there.

when things are not where u left them and no one else could have been around to move them. Also moving objects. I've experienced both which makes me believe its real!

room will be colder....you will feel something is moving which your eyes wont be able to totally see.
