Dukalink6000 (a.k.a. Ariel E) was suspended for point gaming. According to his 360 blog, dukalink says that his cousin set up one account to give him some "help."
Of course, the Yahoo! Answers team has no real way of knowing if this story is true or not. Any point gamer could say, "a friend gave me votes, please don't suspend me." Also, it seems unlikely that one single account could give as much help as dukalink was getting to attain and retain the lead. There is also the Jan 28th blog entry where unknown friends are thanked for helping dukalink get to the top of the leaderboard for the first time.
All of these factors make it difficult for Yahoo Answers Customer Care to consider overturning the suspension. Any point gamer can declare innocence, once they are caught getting help from multiple puppet accounts or from family and friends.
To be absolutely clear, none of this is to say that anyone can know for sure whether or not dukalink was actually cheating, unless they were at the keyboard with him. Only dukalink knows that. What this does say is that the circumstances make it difficult, if not impossible, for customer care to do anything except suspend the account for point gaming and to cast a wary eye at any protestations of innocence.

He has been suspended for cheating (point-gaming). He had over 347,000 points. Richard (new Top Gun on the Leaderboard) is Top Gun since last week (he already been Top Gun for 13 weeks and he has over 304,000 points). Dukalink was Top Gun for 3 weeks (before that, Richard was Top Gun). It's sad because we believed in him (dukalink6000).

I think I've seen him at a different time on here, possibly late at night or the lunch hour, can't remember. He answers alot of
P and S questions about rock and roll.
