BEST DRESS: PENELOPE CRUZ...vava-voom...REESE WITHERSPOON....GWYNETH ....NICOLE KIDMAN....
WORST DRESS: BEYONCE...uugh...

The best dressed by far were Cate Blanchett and Maggie Gyllenhaal. I think they both looked so beautiful and elegant.
And this has got to be the year with most worst dressed! I hated Anne Hathaway's with the huge bow, Jessica Biel, Meryl Streep just picked out the first thing she saw in her closet, Beyonce, and Jennifer Hudson looked like she came from outer space. Yuck!

Kate Winslet and Helen Mirren looked really beautiful and elelgant.
Leonardo DiCaprio looked really dashing.
That Sally Flaky Kabala thing was really wacky and ugly.
And what the hell was that thing across J-Lo's dress and that jeweled oranament on Beyonce's dress. And she calls herself an actor?? That's a title for people who can act.

I liked Reese's dress.
And Beonce.. beyonce? how do you spell her name. Except I didn't like the sparkly strap.
One more I liked was Cameron Diaz.
The men all looked a like.. so.. I can't judge that.
