If you are a teenager, it's perfectly normal because the testosterone and other hormones are racing through your body. The best thing you can do is redirect your attention to the teacher and the work in class.

If you are a young teenager, it is completly normal, if you are in your late teens early twenties, then it might be something to ask a doctor about. It used to happen to me all the time, only at work, try working in front of many people while showing how horny I was, get the point? Either way I learned that by thinking of something that I didnt link to sex worked wonders. I only did this though when I would become arroused for no apparent reason. And trust me when I say think about it, I dont mean knowingly think of something else, it wont work. I mean concentrate on it, plan it out, go through the details, etc.
For me it would be anything to do with my vehicles. I would think about one aspect like maybe the engine in my truck. I would go over the rebuilding process it would take to modify my engine so that it would be wicked on the street. Next thing I know, I wasnt arroused. But this is what works for me, if when you think of cars you think of sex or women, dont do it. If all else fails, I know it sounds real weird, especially with you being in school, but concentrate on something that isnt appealing to you, like your best bud. Yeah it sounds gay, but if looking at a guy, checking him out basically will turn you off, just do it.

You are normal, with natural urges. Without our strict societal structure, teen boys would be out humping anything that moved---just watch male juvenile animals, especially herd animals. Not really any way to stop it, though regular masterbation does help relieve stress--may want to do that in the morning before you go to school.

You say you're at school. This shows that you are still quite a young boy. Go with the flow, boy. You will learn to control or surpass it once you get more mature.

Relax. It happens to most of us when we are your age. It merely means that you are normal, your blood is flowing, and your testes are generating testosterone. Enjoy the feeling now. In sixty years you'll be in your doctors office for a Rx for Viagra because it wont get erect.
