First, yeah Stone Cold will be referee for the Umaga vs. Lashley aka. Lindsay named by Mr. Trump, It's everywhere in the media already because there was a photo shoot with all the hair math and Stone cold was there with a referee shirt. You can find pics of this photo shoot over the Internet or Read the article at wrestlemag.com in the news section, they are 99% accurate in what they report.
Second there are rumors that X-pac is coming back because After the last taping, first season, Waltman's Wrestling Society X, the show now airing on MTV, contract expired. So after that; PWinsider reports that he has been backstage at WWE Raw with Monty Brown and Chyna back when Brown was backstage.
However; Sean has been touring along the independent circuit with Scott Hall and Kevin Nash as the WolfPac. So it's just a maybe thing by now, but I am expecting it to be true :-)

X Pac had talked to Vince a couple of times but as long as he's under contract with WSX, he can't really do anything.
And yes, as it is right now, Stone Cold apparently is set to ref the match

X pac is with wrestling society X (which sucks by the way). I don't know why people want him back in WWE. He's a no talent loser.

I am unsure about the rumours about Xpac since he is currently an active member of WSX (Wrestling Society X) and looks to be engaging in a feud with Vampiro.
With reference to the McMahon vs. Trump match - that sounds like something WWE would do.

Yes, Stone Cold will be the special referee with Trump (Bobby lashley) and McMahon (Umaga), but X-Pac will not be coming back due to personal problems with Vince McMahon.

No.X-pac already works for WSX (on mtv,Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:00).
