My den. Because I enjoy the little things I do there. It's a conglomeration of furnishings and activity and would never win a home-decor prize. I make little improvements from time to time and enjoy it even more. It is not on display and that's why I like it.

I have a little enclove over my stairs to my bedroom. It is very quite and private. I have a lovely sitter, all my books, a little table for my milo. If is painted a lovely lilac colour and has a big window over looking my garden. Its the only place that people can't annoy me especially becaue there is no tv and I cant here people calling me and even better the room mates can't be bothered climbing the stairs to annoy me.

Some days it is my laundry room, because it is the only place no one bothers me. I would love to add more shelving and a large storage cabinet on one wall, and then a peg board and workbench/craft table for a short gal in there, along with space for my sewing machine. There's plenty of room for it. Hey, thanks - you've just inspired me. Now I have my next project...

Least fashionable would may be the basement, it smells poor considering the fact that an previous tomcat died down there final summer time. fashionable place, my paintings out room, i will circulate in there, and use my treadmill and run or walk out each and every of the rigidity in my existence, and the bonus is i'm dropping weight too

my bed room..... bc i used to share a room it didnt have any sence of style so when we got our new house i got my own room...now it shows who i am and im free to design it to my will . everyone else finds my room crazy and a lil over the top but i enjoy it and find it perfect............ and what i would do to make it better ..hmmm.... hard question i just change the colors every now and then but i love the scheme....

My little office. It is where i have all my gardening books and the computer. I have watercolors and music and truly enjoy the time I spend up here. The only thing that would improve it would be a new window that was clearer.

As a 41 yr old male I would have to say the bathroom! And as far as improvements I would say make it as far away from the living room as possible ( CHILI )!!!!
