There is a makeup technique called "contouring" .. I use it all the time. The trick is to get a concealer about 1-2 shades DARKER than your natural skintone, and then a concealer a shade or two lighter, with a little shimmer in it.
Carefully apply the darker makeup on the sides of your nose and blend carefully outwas toward your cheeks. Then swipe the lighter makeup down the middle of your nose, and stop at the tip. It creates the illusion of a slimmer nose, celebrities and professional make up artists use this trick all the time. Not just on noses but also on foreheads and cheekbones, too.

Also try wearing pretty earring etc and bright lip gloss, so that attention is attracted away from your nose.
