Put eyeliner on your top & bottom lids.
I like using Almay the one that lasts 16 hours.
Eye shadow! Since you have brown eyes, using brown eyeshadow and blending it would be really nice.
Mascara to make your eyelashes look really long & full.

Ok well, if your eyebrows are really dark you are going to want to apply light brown shades. If their light, just apply a little dab of dark brown shades. Now with your eyelids- your going to want to apply a calming and soothing color underneath your eyebrow and then a little darker shade under neath it. then you are going to want to put on dark eyeliner on your upper and under lid, your going to want to get as close to the eyelshes as you can. And once you do that its going to bring out your eyes and your natural beauty. Now for the cheeks, if their pale apply a soft rosey shade and if their already rosey your going to leave them that way. Now for your lips it depenads on if your a sparkly person, a natural person, alight person, or a dark person.
