That is definitely some sort of prank or malware. Restart like the first guy said, and then run a virus scan. If its still messed up, then use the System Restore program to return your computer to a previous time.

Several things:
If you have Dell / Nvidia this is simple
Simply right - hand click your desktops and select the video card that appears in the menu. Follow it through to the video and resolution settings and finally the rotation.
If this can not be found press:
Alt + shift and the Up arrow
If this fails then simply try a restart.

Pressing wrong buttons, even if its in combintion with a function key does not cause that sort of thing. If a simple reboot doesn't work, then adjust the settings on your monitor, or prehaps you might have to fiddle with some options in your video card. It's really hard to say without being there to see this, it is a very odd thing to have happened.

press F8 before it enters into setup after restarting it will take you into safe mode or if you can go to system restore it would help.
go to START then ACCESSORIES then SYSTEMS TOOLS then to SYSTEM RESTORE
choose a previous date to when your screen flipped

good ol malware.if you have it,restore your system to a previous point.second,I highly recommend using a GOOD virus scan program(i use trend micro).Lastly,open your video settings an reset them.Good luck
