i click add to cart and everything, and it still says cart empty. i am NOT buying it or going to buy it on ebay. so could someone help me? maybe take me step by step on how to purchase it? thank you sooo much.
(i am trying to buy the strawberry chocolate if that makes any difference..)

First of all I need to know what web your buying this phone. But if your getting it from walmarts website or something like tha and it says add to kart and nothings happening, then that means you need to make a user. After you created the user on that website click add to kart.
NOTE: only click add to kart when logged on to user or the add to kart botton wont work.
