Is action replay compatible with xbox 360?

I got a xbox 360 recently and i got a regular xbox action replay. But now i dont know if it will work on my xbox 360 and I dont have a regular xbox.

I want to mod on halo 2 for costom games theres alot of sweet things you can do. Im not ganna cheat though im a legit gamer.
