Take your time. You are most likely masturbating too quickly. Once you have an erection take it slowly and enjoy it. Start to think of other things besides your penis, masturbation, sexual intercourse and gently stroke. As soon as you feel any sensation of sperm cumming STOP leave it alone for a minute, feel around your testicles, massage just below them. Feel your nipples. Experience your body in EVERY way possible. I don't recommend touching your anus though. Once you feel relaxed and your penis is possibly starting to lose it's erection and going flacid start masturbating again. This can go on for hours when you become experienced. Likewise when you begin having intercourse don't be disappointed when you ejaculate early as it is a new experience and it will take time to learn how to keep your mind right. It is good that you do masturbate. you obviously enjoy it and it is soo important to know your body first before you can learn anything about other bodies.
