Don't worry about the heavy bleeding - just get some of the extra long night time pads and get up during the night to change your pad. It's a pain, but if your parents won't let you use tampons you'll just have to change your pad frequently during the day. For the cramps, take Advil (or Motrin or ibuprofen - they're all the same thing) around the clock, as often as the bottle says you can, whether you feel like you need it or not, until your period is over. Shower every day, washing the area well to prevent odor. It's awful the way our periods make our skin break out, but it's just part of being a woman. Wash your face once or twice with a washcloth and gentle cleaner and realize that you're just going through what women have been going through since the beginning of time.

If your cramps are so bad you can't function you need to see a doctor. You might need to start taking birth control pills. It's normal to get acne around that time of the month. Try drinking more water and eating more fruit.

You need to see your gyno. Having a very heavy period isnt a good thing. Especially if it is for the whole time. Ex: if your period lasts 5 days and all 5 days it is heavy. You should not be scared to ask your mom to see a professional.its their job.

This could be normal, but it might be something that you need to see your doctor about. It is unlikely but this could be caused by fibroids or endometriosis. Endometriosis can only be diagnosed by having laproscopic surgery. I would go see your doctor and talk to your mom. If it is endometriosis the birthcontrol pill can help with the pain and bleeding.

going on the pill is actually really effective. it can help to reduce cramps and the longer you take it the more regulated and less heavy your period will become. i would recommend talking with your gyn doctor about which pill might be right for you, usually for girls your age ortho tri cyclin lo is the best one. good luck!
