I havent seen greys anatomy but House is very realistic even though he himself is wierd lol, thats why i preffer house, it is very real BUT COMPLEX

Grey's Anatomy. House has too many rare diseases that Dr. house somehow knows how to treat. Although both are not realistic at all, Grey's Anatomy is definitely more so.

Unfortunately, that "smarmy" little soap opera "Grey's Anatomy" probably is the answer to your question! Although I don't really think that either of them is very realistic. I certainly would hope that I was NEVER in the hands of "doctors" like the ones on that show!

i would have to say grey's anatomy because there is no hospital that would keep a doctor on their staff that was abusing prescription drugs - in fact his license to practice medicine would be taken away they are both great shows though
