there is FBI,CIA,NSA,homeland security and all the other government agencies ...they all use satellite to see LIVE video all around the world...so how many satellite do they have and how many location a satellite can see at the same time???

Depends on the technology used by the satellites (what type of camera they have, software, etc...) and depends also on his orbit-level... The number... used by the agencies specified above is not realy known... because of the "clasified" nature... and because many are used as a "spy" satellites... There are thow some contries who have developed "anti-satellite" weapons, one was fully tested in january this year in china... (on they'r own satelite ofcourse :) ).
