My friend bought an item on eBay. He has a credit card gift card, and eBay wouldn't accept it for some reason. He tried paypal too, and that didn't work. He wants to know what will happen if he doesn't pay for it. What will happen?

let your friend know he should try to contact both ebay and the person selling the item. explain the situation and see if they can get something worked out!

A) Item wont be sent
B) if it is sent, you could be cited for not paying
C) banned off Paypal and Ebay
contact Ebay if the card and paypal doesnt work...

If he does not pay for the item the item will NOT be sent - he will not receive his item.
The Ebay however do have the right to close down his account, but no legal action will be taken.

if he won a auction he needs to contact the seller AT ONCE , i have never seen a active paypal account refused , if the account has the money in it to cover the purchase , if he does not pay the seller will submit a bad rating , to many bad ratings and ebay will ban the account

He gets blacklisted and wont be able to buy or sell again on ebay.
