the second wallet holds up to about 500 rupees (teh final wallet holds 999)
as you play through the game, you'll notice that sometimes you kill gold spiders and they leave a skull pendant floating there.
if you collect these, you'll be rewarded.
in kakariko village, there is a house at the base of some steps to your left, as soon as you enter. if you go up the steps, you head up to the goron's mountain, but if you go to the house across from there (to your right when you enter, and turn around) there seems to be not much going on.
walk around and when you see people doing jumping jacks, talk to them, they shall reward you for collecting the skulltulas

kill 10 gold skulltulas and go to kakariko village. Enter the first house on the right and talk to one of the cursed family members living there. You should get the adult wallet.

I forgot what it was exactly (played it a long time ago) But i do remember you have to collect some bug and then give it to someone.
Ill look into it more for you and if i find something ill edit this post.
