My mom has always trusted me to hang out with my friends wherever we want to. I am almost 15 and my friends are my same age. Me and 6 or 7 other people were planning on hanging out down at City Walk. We would be out until about 11 ish seeing a movie and eating calorie filled snacks and walking around and she doesn't approve. She says she trusts us but she doesn't trust the people there. What should I do to try and get my mother to trust me to go down there? Thanks to everyone!!!

My kids take a walkie talkie with them and I make them check in every half hour or so. They tell me where they are and so on. Take a guy freind along who is able to protect himself and you. Tell her that he is always there for you if trouble starts. The first time invite her to go and let her experience how safe it is or isn't. If she sees that it is well lighted and there are lots of peopl and families hanging around. She might let you.

When I first moved to Orlando I was 13 (almost 14) and got invited to go to Citywalk with my friends too. My mom had no idea what it was like or what there was to do there so she went with us for one night (stuck to herself), but just wanted to see what was there what was going on and things like that. After that night she allowed me to go out every Friday night with my friends, and would pick me up at 11pm once the shops closed and the older crowd came in to go to the clubs.
It may not be cool to have your mom hang out with you, but just let her go with you once so she can see what it is like. No one cares who you are with, most of the people there are tourists and just want to have a good time, trust me.
Hope this helped some! Good Luck!

No, CityWalk isn't certainly interior the two of the prevalent Orlando subject matter parks; it extremely is a loose section that connects prevalent Studios to Islands of journey (it extremely is between the two parks). you will could pay for parking nonetheless.

I would have to agree with your mom on this one. The CityWalk is packed with people and I while there are a lot of you going, you are still young and who knows who will be there.
