Becoming a professional athletic in any sports is not very easy. There are many individuals like yourself who dream of playing in the NFL but few make it to college football and a handful become a professional football player.
If you want to be a professonal football player in the NFL, here are my suggestions for you;
1. Stay committed to your educatoin and maintain a strong Grade Point Average.
2. Volunteer in your community. Maybe you can teach kids how to play football or help out at an activity center.
3. Stay healthy and physical fit.
4. Perform very well on either you ACT or SAT and make sure you meet NCAA Guidelins for playing in college.
5. When Attending College, you have a strong chance in Division I or IA, good chance in Division II, fair chance in Division III, and if you play for NAIA you have a weak chance of playing.
6. You could play for the Arena Football League and one day play for the NFL.

You can't really talk about yourself in terms of arm speed and generaly speed. However, let's say you do have a good arm and are fast. You still need to compare your overall strength and many other factors against the best, and you're probably not one of them. No offense, but until I see any real info, I'll say no.

Maybe but are you accurate?
If you can throw 100 MPH to the other team it won't matter.
Also show them your arm at the Combine (if you're going)
