How would they stack up against an NBA team? Assuming college rules would apply, first off, the lowest of the low, the Boston Celtics. The only real threat here is Paul Pierce, and using a lockdown defender like Corey Brewer, my team could pull it off. Now if we take a .500ish team, like the Miami Heat, I doubt they could win, it would be tough to defend against Shaq and D-Wade, but I'm sure Durant could match up w/ Wade points wise. It would be interesting to see them go against a team like the Bulls. Hansbrough could probably match up against Wallace, and Acie Law IV could probably be effective against Kirk Hinrich, but I think the presence of Ben Gordon and Luol Deng would be too much.

There is no way that a college basketball team can beat a pro team. Almost every player in the NBA was a marquee player in college. Besides college player have so much more to learn, they wouldn't stand a chance against any pro team. Even the Boston Celtics. Can a college team even beat a D-league team.

And they would get smoked underneath STILL by the Bulls but would challenge them on the perimeter.

No, no disrepect to college players but it takes a lot to bvecome great in the NBA. My teacher (played ball for Chico State), said the worst player in the NBA will be the best amonst college players.

My all-american team
C - Greg Oden (Ohio St.)
PF - Joakim Noah (Florida)
SF - Kevin Durant (Texas)
SG - Chase Budinger (Arizona)
PG - Acie Law (Texas A&M)
Reserves:
Nick Fazekas (Nevada)
Alano Tucker (Wisconson)
Glen Davis (LSU)
Tyler Hansbrough (UNC)
Arron Afflalo (UCLA)
Chris Lofton (Tennessee)
Roy Hibbert (Georgetown)
and i think they would destory the Boston Celtics, (mainly because of their current injuries... but i don't think they could beat any other nba team... (could be competitive though against some others perhaps)... regardless they'd be fun to watch...
