My right rear brake/turn signal is still working fine and my left rear running light comes works. The left front turns signal still is works also. I have replaced the bulb and checked the fuses and still that hasn't fixed my problem. Is there a relay or another fuse under the hood???

You may have some voltage to the socket, but is it enough? There could be some corrosion in the wire, terminal, or socket. Make sure all parts of the wire are good, connections are clean, and be sure to double check everything. No need to swap parts that are good.
