I don't think that there really are any ways to make it go faster. I had really annoying acne marks for a while, and I tried everything. I tried the Neutrogena Microdermabrasion (which actually didn't do anything) and Mederma (which was okay, but only contained dimethicone, dye, and fragrance-oh, and the onion extract didn't do anything either).
That was all until I discovered Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Scar Serum. It had the best scar-removing stuff, because I'd slather it all over my face at night (including under my eyes) and I'd wake up with a nice, smooth face, and you could barely see any marks! The scar serum is $10 and you can check it out at www.walgreens.com
Not all Walgreen's have it, so you may wish to call ahead of time. If you want something cheaper, any Palmer's product will work.
Ways to speed up healing process
Always moisturize with Vitamin E, and NEVER EVER pick at pimples. See a dermatologist, use some clearasil, apply some ice to prevent redness, stay out of the sun (makes pimples worse), and/or dissolve an aspirin in water and apply.
You might also find help on the internet or www.neutrogena.com
There are also many other products out there for your acne marks.
Good luck!

You have to give it time to work you can also try these cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at the link provided.

You can't. If you use it too much you can damage your skin & cause further trauma. Be patient & they will fade. You can only exfoliate so much without damaging you skin. You will irritate it and make it raw.
