I'm going to sell cars for the first time at a Nisson dealership in Tn. Which would be a better move for me being a newbe at this. Nisson new and used dealership or Carmax? Can anyone tell me which is the better dealership with the best reputation and where a person make the most money.
Thank you in advance for your answer.

I don't know about where to sell cars. I do know that you need to be honest with the customers. You won't make every sale. If your customers can trust you, then they will be much more likely to return.
I had a bad experience with a salesman. Because of him, I will not return to his place of employment. I doubt he works there today, but his work destroyed my trust. I am very sure that the dealership does not appreciate that. Also, if you don't know the answer then don't try to fake it. You will get caught. Again, it's a trust issue.

First, be sure to spell Nissan correctly. It would be embarrassing if you couldn't spell the name brand car you're selling.
Car sales people usually earn commission, so how much money you make depends on how many cars you sell.
I've never heard of 'Carmax', so reputation wise I'd pick Nissan.
The most important skill you need as a sales person is the skill of listening and observation.
Find out what exactly a customer is looking for in a car, and then point out how your model addresses their needs and desires.

I don't know where you can make the most money; but, I do know that if you are honest and try to do a good job for your company and customer, you'll be successful.
