Hello person with exquisite taste in hats! LOL!
I have heard of it but it is not something you can depend on working out. I f you have a steady male partner consider him banking some sperm and having his genitals adjusted.
Sorry if that smarts guys I do love ya! But it is less hassle and pain for you(physically anyway...)than it is for us. I believe guys can be put back in business to.
Why are you not asking your doctor or your local birth control clinic? The issue is probably more about the cost of all this anyway. There are risks to all these things so know your body and choose what you feel is healthiest for you!
Good luck!

Yes, you can.
No, it isn't. The procedure isn't any more painful than the tubal ligation was for you in the first place. You will need to be sedated locally and when it's over, it is no ironclad guarantee that you will be able to get pregnant. Also, it's elective, so no insurance will cover it.
Look into your family (both sides) medical history, also. Did anyone ever have a poor obstetric history in your family, like a grandma or aunt? That kind of thing.
Using an IUD, diaphragm, or pills would've been simpler, but what's done is done. Just make the appointment, and (hopefully) have a happy motherhood. :)

Technically they don't tie them. But though Tubul Ligation is concidered a permanent form of birth control, it can be reversed. However, reversing it is not always effective.
If it is successfully reversed, there is an increased risk of ectopic pregnancy. An ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilized egg attaches and grows outside the uterus. This can be very dangerous and requires immediate medical attention.

Yes, you can have then untied, but the chances of getting pregnant are 50-50. That's the chance you take. I believe they do it under sedation. But having them untied is big money. With no guarantee if you get pregnant.

It is considered surgery, so I imagine there is some level of pain involved. I wouldn't rely on it as a form of birth control unless you are done having children, it is not always reversible.

Yes you can if they were done right. It can be a bit painful but if you truely want a child..it is worth every moment to have the corrective surgery

The reversal for women (when it can even be done) is $7000-$10000 and is not covered by insurance.

with an IUD, you don't have to worry about birthcontrol and it can be removed in the office without surgery.
If you think that you want to have children, tubal reversal is NOT the way to go.
