When TOM (time of month, lol) visits me, I crave CHOCOLATE and I am miserable until I get some. It's only once a month, indulge yourself!! Go get yourself a mushroom pizza and some ice cream and enjoy...it's a little reward for being a women =0)

I actually think the best thing is to have the smallest amount of whatever you are craving that will satisfy you. If you totally deny your craving, you may "eat around" the problem and end up consuming more calories that way. I need chocolate every once and a while, so I buy the smallest piece of dark chocolate I can find and eat it. Craving over.

look up some ingredients you would like that are intense in fiber. they're going to save you from getting hungry so quickly. i'd also advise ingesting small snacks the following and there as a replace of two or 3 huge nutrition. You lose cravings and perhaps even some weight. except that, some reliable self-discipline is significant. I absolutely have problems with that one myself. you in effortless words ought to psych your self out from time to time. i wish this helps!

Well here's one: Try peanut butter instead of chocolate, it's WAY healthier and is a good source of protein.
