I would like to make a mini ribbon belt using a wooden belt buckle. Puttling it around the napkins. I saw this in magazine but of course can't find a local craft store with the right stuff. Any help finding cheap wooden belt buckles? I found this. It was the only ones I could find. http://www.lesbonribbon.com/oscommerce/index.php?cPath=37_125&osCsid=04596b92d0d65cb1846ecb16fdc361bd

I f you can't find wooden belt buckles, and want to go to the trouble, you can make them from polymer clay. There are several techniques for simulating wood with polymer clay, and they can look pretty convincing. Plus you'd be able to make them the size and shape you want**

Or you could form it with ropes of faux wood clay, etc.

Here's a page with techniques for making faux wood from polymer clay:
http://glassattic.com/polymer/faux-turquoise_wood.htm
(... click on the category WOOD...)

** to make a simple buckle shape, after you've created a sheet of faux wood clay, cut out a rectangle (or a rounded rectangle or a circle, with a cutter of some kind)... then cut two large rectangles from inside that shape and remove them ... bake the clay...
(or you could make a slightly *curved( buckle by placing the raw shape on a small jar or even an index card you'd curved, to bake it... it will harden with the same curve of the jar or index card, then you can pop it off after cooling)
... you could also add a straight piece for the metal bit that sticks through the hole, or just leave that off
....for a thin item like this, I'd suggest using one of the brands of polymer clay that's strong after baking even when it's thin (Premo, FimoClassic --not FimoSoft, Kato Polyclay, or Cernit)

Good luck, and happy wedding!

Sorry I can't help with your request. If they can't be found, may I offer a suggestion? Jo-Ann's has small, plain silver and gold buckles that would work. If you got the silver ones, you could spray paint them in the colors of your wedding to "fancy" them up.
