hey don't worry man your doing fine men stop growing between 18-23 years old and in some rare cases 25, but you still have alot of time to grow and don't worry about all these jerks teasing you.

Everyone develops at different rates. You are perfectly fine. Be happy that you didn't get body hair until now. Some kids get body hair at a very early age and get teased through school. I am not sure what you are worried about with your armpit hair. Once it starts growing it doesn't stop. Also, you are at a good size for your penis length. But I do have a question for you. Is that 4.5 the length when erect or when soft. Both ways, it is a perfectly normal size. Don't worry about it. You are only 16, the next 3 or 4 years will bring a lot of growth and development into your life. Definitely okay. It sounds like you're a late or slow bloomer, but you'll catch up. Remember that the average adult erect size is in the 5-6 range, and to make an average there's smaller and larger guys. Your size is fine especially if you're just starting. In addition, any size between 4 and 8 inches erect would be considered the norm.

armpit hair at 16 is normal. anytime you have to add a .5 to a penis size that is a stretch. pun intended, midgets are the onle size people that would enjoy a 4 inch penis.

Ya your fine. you just started puberty a lot later. It happens to all kinds of people. Don't worry about it. Some people start at 12 some at 17. everyones different. :)

It's ok, if u are that concerned have you dad or a parent take u to the doctor and they may be able to give u hormone pills or soething, but ur still young u've got time

It's alright man, men stop growing around twenty three, so you have time to measure up and grow more hair.

your hair growing on your armpits are ok... but your penis, 4.5 , mine is 4.5 and im only 14 years old... you might have some little issues about that..... 4.5,, kinda small.. lol
