I live in San Antonio....why are the flags at half staff?

Someone told me becasue of Presdient Ford but hasn't it been more than a month?

Everything I have read said the flags are supposed to be full-staff now.. I actually found several reasons they were half staff but don't get, like you, why they are staying that way.

The flags could be at half mast because the government might have been celebrating something special or mourning for a significant person today that the people are not aware.
