I have never heard of Muck Money before.
I didn't need any "muck money" to start my online business but I did spend $300usd on my first website.
You can do it with sweet bugger all but the more you have the quicker you will see results.
All the best to you

Your question is too wide to answer.
The amount of money you need depends on few factors.
1. What business you want to start?
2. How creative are you?
3. What are your strength and weakness?
4 How good are you in negotiating?
5. How wide is your network?
These factors contribute to the amount or lesser the amount of money involved.
I started my offline business with $20. I started my online business with $300.
