Go on the internet and look for drywall. There is a lot of sites that take you through all of the processes. Most have pictures.

well...your question is vague...1/2' for walls...5/8 for ceilings....keep the drywall in the room your going to be drywalling atleast 24 hours before installing....use either a drywall driver or a cordless with a drywall tip to it. You want to install it with the least amount of seams as possible...if possible use the longest sheets as possible...this will keep the mudding and sanding at it's minimum. For instance...if you do a wall that is say 10' long than 4x12's would be good...then you would only need two sheets to do the wall...and so on...one seam... and make sure you measure twice and cut once...lol...and mudding takes some finesse...a light tape coat...let dry...and then start to mudd the seams with care...don't over fill or you will wind up sanding alot and that is a mess...usually drywalling will take a few days to get a good finish.

What kind of tip do you want? Installation, preperation, or finish?
