I would suggest you don't try anything that isn't approved or designed for the particular vehicle. That means, don't try using gas-line cleaner in a diesel car or vice versa.

no fuel treatments for gas cars burn to hot and will damage your engine unless it says for desil engines dont use it i own a gmc desil and i am speeking from experiance
