No idea, but they're no better for you. No nicotine, all of the smoke that probably won't get cleared out of your lungs (given the percentage of idiotic dieters and non-sleepers out there who drink only soda, and given the likelihood that you're one of them).

If you're going to smoke, smoke responsibl'y, practice temperence, eat a 90%-100% raw-plant diet with many citrus fruits, get plenty of sleep and exercise, and drink plenty of water.

All smokables carry more or less the same risks, unless there have been strange additives. (Damn you, marlboros...) If you must smoke, you might as well smoke what you like. If you don't enjoy tobacco, that's fine, but remember to check out Cloves first. Clove cigarettes contain about 1/3 or 1/4 crushed clove compared to the left being tobacco; Then there's usually a sweet or flavorful ('natural') sauce on the filter or paper.

If you're looking for a healthier smoke, try American Spirit's filtered blue-box cigarettes. They're just a tad bit more expensive than normal cigarettes, but there are no additives; It's 100% tobacco and natural, unbleached paper with a longer filter (just a bit). The filter is also a bit better at catching tar. (Tar is present in all smokables, more or less, so there's no avoiding it.)

As to where you can buy... No clue, so I fail at answering your question. : )

you should be able to find american spirits at any tobacco shop. american spirits are a bit pricier, but they make great bar hopping cigs because they last a lot longer than regular cigarettes.
