let me start from the begging.

I have asked over time this question. why isn't there any Christian techno music? I've gotten several answers.

1. thats impossible
2. you can't worship to techno
3. It's possible but unlikely.

why are they willing to accept every other kind of music but they will krenge at the sound of techno.

by the way. songs you can worship to that are techno:

1. castle in the sky
2. harder better faster stronger
3. listen to your heart
4. simple and clean {techno remix}

remember in the bible it says make a joyfully noise. it didn't say only listen to, gospel, Christan country, and Christan rock.

what do you think?
do you agree with me?
an what o you listen to when worshiping god?

Good question!!! I love trance/chill out/electronica. Ultrabeat is a good Christian artist. N*Soul records is a whole Christian "dance" label. I agree though, it's still hard to find. I'm in the same boat with Christian New-age/ambient.

I think you haven't heard of Andy Hunter before because he does Christian techno music which is real good. I don't agree with you as you haven't heard of Andy Hunter before. You listen to worship music when worshipping God. I know there is other genres in Christian music but worship music is best for worshipping God.

It might work in Europe...maybe. Techno kind of stinks though as a music form. It's boring and repetitive. It only works if you are high and as that wouldn't be conducive to Christianity, I can certainly see why techno isn't a big Christian music format. However, I'm sure I could loop a piece of long, boring and repetitive music together if someone would be dumb enough to buy it. I just doubt that anyone would.

i totally agree with you! they make christian rap and everything but they always leave out christian techno. my cousin asked the same ? the other day and i agreed with him to and you are also right about it saying make it a joyful sound different people like different things and i think they should make christian techno especially if they have christian rap and christian pop. they need to realize that not all people are alike and that everyone likes something different

It might be because techno music is associated mostly with raves and since raves are associated with drugs and sex that might be while Christian Artists stay away from that kind of music.

I think every kind of music is acceptable as long as it is for worshipping God & most importantly IF He has called you to do it.You do make a great point.
