I had my gallbladder out in oct 2004,your symptoms are not the same or even similar to what I had.the gallbladder is located low right side but not as low as appendix(had that out too) gas build up is possible but usually alot of pain in the area i described sometimes travelling to the back and shoulder the pain itself is excruciatingand surgery is normally needed, the gallbladder itself looks like a small sausage and is there to help breakdown fats ie cholesterol becomes hard and turns into crystals this is were pain comes from.I suggest you have an ultrasound to be sure.

No....it is on the right side kinda between your hip and rib cage. But the pain, if you have a bad gallbladder, can be anywhere in your body. My pain was in my chest, I thought I was having a heart attack. Everyone has different symptoms. Your pain could be anywhere. An ultra sound is the best for determining a bad gallbladder.

The gall bladder is located under the liver on the right side of your upper abdomen.

There are no symptoms. I am an ultrasound tech and a few of the students, while I was still in school, learned their gallbladder needed to removed during a practice scan of the GB. They all said they did not feel a thing. No pains whatsoever. Good Luck on diagnosing your pain.

no, gall bladder is on right side.
Probably just gas or indigestion.
Could be cardiac in nature though.
