The evidence is not fully conclusive- there is a tiny chance that you are wrong- but it looks very very bad. What do you do? Confront him/her? Report it to the police?

I confront them and then see what I can do to help cover up the crime and get them out of the country as soon as possible- if the police come looking for them I tell them I did it and serve life in prison! No Other Love is like Love for Your Children!!

They'll know if you turned them in, so be careful. Deal with this now, deal with later. Either way, Its your conscience. If you do turn he/she in, make for damn sure that there is enough evidence to make a conviction. And I am not talking about "one life sentence with the possibility of parole". I know its your kid and all, but we're gonna need like "no possibility of the light of day". Nobody likes a narc. Protect yourself.

I would call the police and I would not confront him, what would I say? If he robed a store and nobody got hurt I would not turn him in just talk to him.

i'd find and i'd go up to him/her, stare him/her straight in the eye and scream my lungs out, screaming, "you gonna kill yo mama, you killer of the cereal!" and run out of there like i was being chased by a serial killer (which actually could be true, considering). and then i'd disown him/her.
