its bruising because your not holding the skin firm enough or else the wax it too warm honey, also your not supposed to wax over the same spot more than twice or this will cause bruising too
why don you try tweezing it great and gives you a good effect, dont try hair creams they only remove the top layer of hair like shaving so it will be back in no time
go to a salon then its not dear at all, and that way you'll get the effect that you want, by the way all skins red after waxing its called an erythema, this is because the blood has came to the surface of the skin, but it will die down in after about 12 hours, so do it at night, i would also say dont wash your face afterwards for about the same time if you do use luke warm water and no perfumes in soap as this will aggravate the skin
trust me been a beauty therapist since i was 18, good luck

Make sure you hold your skin taut while you are pulling the wax on, and do it in one swift motion, or it could stick to your skin and hurt you. Also make sure as SOON as your done waxing you smooth on an oil with azulene in it onto your skin. It soothes it.

Don't DO your own brows.
Really! They only need to be done once a month or every other month. Please pay a pro to do them.
At home waxers tend to take WAY to much off, and the are crooked to your face, since you can't pull them at the right angle to remove the hair properly.
IT looks brusied because -Yes it is brusied.
Cold packs are the only things that will help.

You can use a face hair removal cream like Veet or Nair. Or get them done by a professional. Then after you've had it done, get a tube of brow gel. I think you can get it at drug stores or at Sephora (website=www.sephora.com). It makes your eyebrows look nice and plucked!!!
