That would definitely be Jeff Bates. I had to call the local country station when I heard him the first time just to make sure there wasn't some recently discovered Conway song that I'd never heard before!

Jeff Bates has been compared to Conway many times. He sings "The Love Song" and "Long Slow Ksses". Very deep voice. He always says, "Hello Darlin...." Spoke to him on the phone before during a live on-air interveiw. Super nice guy.....
