have this guy..who flirts with me but he never really made an actual move, I know for a fact that he's an insecure guy.. there was one instance where he told me to call him if I ever wanted to hang out or go to a movie.. and there was another time where he asked me WHO I spent my holidays with, and on top of that he's always questioning me about how come I'm always leaving when he comes and talk to me... so I thought well he told me to call him if i ever wanted to hang out..so I made the first move and asked him to hang out.He told me that he would like to but it would have to be in a couple of weeks because he is broke....so I called him yesterday..and told him i was going to starbucks and if he wasn't busy after work, he could join, me he told me that starbucks sounds good, however today wouldn't be too good since he's busy, and that w would have to meet up sometime next week..then I asked him if he wasn't interested would he tell me? He said quote on quote "that we can meet up

"we can meet up somtimes, nut he can's say that he is interested in it being an ongoing thing"...and when he said that i thought well I'm not sure I f I want it to be an ongoing thing either..so I just replied well I see where you are coming from..and that was the end of the conversation..because I really didn't know how to interpret that comment...I figured he meant that he means hes not ready for a relationship...what do you think..

Hi, I feel that as long as your in that tiny town you will have to put up with his drama or fight back. If he wants to see the girls let me. But you will never have any peace as long as you don't find a way to conquer him, just fast and pray on him and for him to leave you alone in peace and harmony and he can see his girls when he wants. Don't give in to him or get back together with him under no circumstances unless you plan to marry him. You will have your new friend jumpy because the way your ex is acting is showing that you still have something going on with him or else he wouldn't be acting like he is. Wait a good while before you allow him to see that you have moved on. Let him think that there is no man in your life. Because he probably wouldn't act like he does if you had son's. But then again, he probably would b/c he is in love or shall I say loves you and don't know too let you go. Get a man that will step up to him with no fear instead of one who runs away especially after you have told him of your circumstances.

I suggest that you leave this guy alone until he matures, he really does sound rather young and certainly not ready for a relationship. If he asks just tell him you have no time for games and that if he wants to take you out he must come up and ask you, not with vague notions like sometime next week but with a firm proposal, for example Movies tomorrow night. Don't chase after him he's not worth the trouble.

I think he means, he's willing to see where it all will go in the long run, after he feels you out, like if your what he wants vice versa then I can definitely see a more committed relationship happening. Take it slow don't scare him, how many relationships has he had? Take that into consideration. If you like him take it easy and let it come to you but you've put it out there so be easy.

woo hoo. Insecure is so attractive. Why don't you add in jealous and tries to act macho for the profile of a wife-beater?
No offense, but women with high self-esteem aren't usually attracted to guys with low self-esteem, so maybe you should consider what is going on with you?
BTW, not that I have never been guilty of this, but nowdays when somebody says "hang out", I think, "Oh great, a buddy. Maybe we can play Playstation 3 games and talk about our dating problems together?".

I don't know what that means, but if you've wasted enough time on figuring him out it's time to bail. See what not calling him or being around when he stops by will do, but don't bet on him suddenly getting the nerve up to say he's interested in you. If you like games and being confused, keep it up.
